Step 1: Attach the belt

Step 2: Wrap the straps around the package

First, place the end of the belt on the top of the strap as shown in step 1. Then, pull the belt around the container to be fixed.

Step 3: Pull the belt through the belt buckle on the right side of the belt buckle. Do the same operation as step 1 with the other side.

Step 4: Tighten the belt with the belt tensioner

Move the control lever of the belt-tightening tool, and insert the composite belt to fix the wire position. Then put the remaining composite belt into the cutter part. Push the joystick from top to bottom until the belt reaches the desired tension.

Step 5: Cut the belt

Once you have the strap at the desired tension, simply push the control lever all the way down, which rotates the cutter bar at the base of the tool and completes the tensioning.

As we mentioned above, lashing composite straps come in a variety of sizes. Therefore, it is advisable to choose a belt with a size suitable for the type of goods to be bound. The parameters to keep in mind when choosing composite belts are:
